    Anyone Heard of "Escort"?

I was at big 5 and saw an escort semi-auto 12guage on clearance for $299. Anyone heard of escort or have any experience with them? My only experience with shotguns is with my old remington 1100 which i loved.

These seem to be Turkish guns imported by Legacy sports international.

Their new O/U's look great in the last issue of Shotgun News.

I shot the 12 ga. semi-auto version a while back. It was a rental from my skeet instructor. Not too bad. And, considering it's a rental, it's gone through thousands of rounds, I'm sure. I was told replacement and mod parts are hard to find though. I'm considering the 20 ga. model for my nephew because it's so cheap.

The guys at Turners (Covina) weren't too hot on this gun. Although they couldn't give me any specifics other than the price comparison. They must believe the more expensive the better.

I don't have any experience with the Escort semi-auto shotguns but I have a Escort Aimguard pump and it is a quality firearm.

There is somebody selling one at Oaktree Gun Club they won it and I don't think it has been shot

From Kimbercarry: by the way since there are made in another country you can't stick a mag tube extender or pistol grip on them but the are working on having the parts sent here to the us and then assembled

I don't believe there is a law about adding a mag extension or a pistol grip is there some other reason?
I move slow but I make up for it by shooting poorly.

When I hit the lotto I'm only shooting factory.

Yes, you can. If you can find 922(r) US Compliance parts and play the numbers game.
