Are serbu shortys Ca legal?

You can get one into CA if the proper steps are taken.

You would first need to submit a Form 4 with either a CLEO signoff or be exempt from signoff as a corporation or trust.

Since a Serbu has a barrel less than 16" CA considers it a handgun and the roster would apply. Since it is not on the roster you would either need to be a roster exempt person or render it single shot for the DROS.
