    My Beretta 1201 FP

Just got back from shooting my new 1201FP. Exploded some potatoes. Shot some clays. Good times.

The Beretta digested walmart special fed and Winchester slugs. Didn't like reduced recoil Ficoche 00 buck, so i'll save that for my 870.

Found this bad baby at Turners Signal Hill in January for $400.00!

I invested in the Benelli M1 stock and GGG over-sized charging handle.

Not a bad little scatter gun.

I regret selling mine, but I got a Benelli S-90A1 to replace it so it's not all bad and now they're all made by the same company....imagine that (like they weren't before).

Where did you pick up the M1 pistol grip stock? I'd like to get one for my 1200FP.

I found it at a place in Havasue. I think it was called Sams Shooting.

                    Oooh, ghost sites, too!

Don't do anymore mods on it. 1201FP are known to stop operating when you start slapping on shotshell carriers, lights, lasers, etc. It affects the inertia action.

Mine will shoot anything, from low recoil to full loads. I picked up an M1 stock last year at TargetMasters. I haven't installed mine, yet. How does it handle the recoil vs the full stock?

I never fired it with the field stock. Slapped on the M1 stock and took it out for the first time the next weekend. That has been my only experience with the gun. It fired a few FTE and FTF at first. After the first 20 or so shots it started to like everything but the reduced recoil 00 buck.

I'm going to get me one of these. They're basically a Benelli M1 at half the price.
