    FOLDING STOCK HELP

    Hello,

    Can anyone tell me if I can put a top folding stock on a Rem 870 in Calif?

    OR can I just have a pistol grip in Calif?

    The 870 is a police riot gun. 18"barrel.

      Yes you can. As long as its a pump, and not semi-auto.

          Folder on otherwise legal pumps are fine.
