    Benelli Supernova adjustable stock

I'd like to get the adjustable stock with Pistol grip for my Supernova. I have the pistol grip on it now and its great but I feel like the stock is just a tad too long. Once I hit 70-80 rounds during a day at the range I notice it a lot more. If I shoot over 100 rounds it really gets old but I'm not missing as many clays with my first shot as I get better so its not too bad. I'd still like to get it though because its definitely too big for my girlfriend to shoot. Also, I believe the more versatile something is the better. And lets be honest... it does look kinda cool.

So I've searched high and low on Google and I've called Benelli USA about this. It seems like this piece exists but is rare as hell and not imported by Benelli USA. Benelli told me that the telescoping stock is not imported because the piece is made in Italy and it would make it illegal for sale in the US because too many parts would be made out of the US if it was put on the gun. I found this thread on the Benelli forums:

I understand putting this piece on my gun would technically be illegal due to federal regulations because its a non-US made piece but thats the only thing that makes it illegal and I bought the gun with a regular stock. Its a dumb rule in this case and I don't think anyone will say anything if I add it on and take it shooting. I understand the import law business wise but no aftermarket company has made a stock for this gun and they wont because apparently not enough law enforcement guys buy the supernova to make it worth their time. This is the same reason I couldn't buy the Benelli mag extension tube and ended up getting a Tacstar.

I found a gun shop in New Zealand that can order it but they told me it would be about a 1 year lead time. My other option is to call one of my cousins in Italy and try to get them to buy and ship me one. This MAY be my best option....

Does anyone have a local (US) source for this piece or maybe know of an aftermarket one ?

Just made some minor headway this morning. I found the replacement guide on Benelli's website so now I have the part numbers for all the parts in the adjustable stock. I'd rather order the entire assembly as it would definitely be cheaper then buying each part separate. The parts guide can be found here:

I remember looking for this awhile back but couldnt find much at all- The stock is a bit long for me as well, although I've gotten used to it (but have never shot more than 30 rounds in a day-). If you do order one from your cousins I would love one too - Thanks asmodeous for researching this!

Did you ever order this? It's the only reason why I don't by the Supernova. It's just a tad too long.

If you do order, I would be willing to go in on something.

Benelli USA wont sell it to me, they said they are not allowed to order it. If I do order it, I will get my cousin in Italy to order one for me and ship it out. I don't really want to ask my cousin to order a bunch of stocks and send them to me..

Interestingly, I disassembled my supernova to put the picatiny rail on that I ordered and I noticed that the notches for the adjustable stock are already there. I think basically they will be sending me the pistol grip piece that will bolt down and a sliding stock assembly.

Mesa Tactical told me that they will not make and adjustable stock for this gun because there isn't enough demand for it. I beg to differ based on the response I got from this forum. If they were able to make a good looking pistol grip adjustable stock for this gun, I bet they would sell a ton.

Was that for the entire gun or just the adjustable stock ?

They wanted 750 dollars for JUST THE STOCK ? That is sick and wrong. I need to get on the horn to one of my cousines and find out how much they can get one for.

Yeah, please do. You'll have a buyer right here if the price is semi-reasonable

Yup the stock is just stupid high price. I seen 1 and 1 only a guy named texas skeeter on the benelli fourm just got one.
If you get your cousin to order you some you will make a killing selling thoes things. I could sell 5 for you right now on the benelli fourm. The M4 C-stock is all over the place at 600 bucks the super nova C-stock is way way more rare.

I wonder if all of us called Mesa Tactical and requested they make one if they actually would. I called them and they told me they wouldn't do it because there simply wasn't the demand for that product.
