Here's the AW law for semiauto shotguns:

12276.1. (a) Notwithstanding Section 12276, "assault weapon" shall also mean any of the following:
    (6) A semiautomatic shotgun that has both of the following:
    (A) A folding or telescoping stock.
    (B) A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon, thumbhole stock, or vertical handgrip.
    (7) A semiautomatic shotgun that has the ability to accept a detachable magazine.
    (8) Any shotgun with a revolving cylinder.

From my understanding of this law, one can have as much or as little of 6(A) OR 6(B) as they want, but not both. Since the RAA stock appears to be a thumbhole stock, I'd say it's legal if it doesn't fold or telescope.

RAAC is working with a company to have an ADJUSTABLE skeleton stock, which that particular variant of the stock would not be legal in california.

Would it not be legal in California just because its adjustable? Becus we can fix that with a screw Californians figure out a way for everything!

either way, as long as you figure out a way to fix the stock in the position you want ,you are legal. But then again you probably dont wanna jack up the stock.
