What is the appeal of it?

what i know about it,
it's semi auto, big plus
made by benelli, super plus.
holds 4 rounds, major bummer

The 4 rounds alone steers me away from it.
unless this is in correct and my data is way off.

anyways i see alot of people with them on here. and at the range, so what do you guys like about them?

The reason it comes with a 4 round tube is because of Federal import laws.

If you extend the capacity to greater than 5 rounds, then you must comply with the Federal 922r parts requirements for imported semi-auto shotguns.

but after you need to be 922r compliant as Quiet already posted.
That being said what LE actually knows what the hell 922r is and if they do will they know the parts count for benelli?
Or just be legal and get 2 USA parts mag folower is cheapest and some get the surefire forend. If you like shorter stocks Mesa is making a one that is a bit shorter also ( I dont know the LOP?)
