    NexTorch Lights?

These are on sale right now at Turner's for $20. Anybody got one, or know anything about them?

I'd like to mount a light on my 870 when it's in HD mode, but can't afford to spend a lot to do it right now.

It's a Xenon bulb, not LED, 80 Lumen output, 60 minute runtime.

Too many hobbies, Too little time.

    Mind you, I'm 5'7", 180, with a visible Ab...

I'd be interested to see how well a $20 light holds up to the recoil from a shotgun.

Good point, but given it's role it would only have to work once to pay for itself.

What SG lights/mounts do you guys recommend for a moderate investment?

I just got the 28" barrel, etc. to convert between HD and clay-killer, so I don't really want to mount anything "permanent" like the integral fore-end lights.

Save your $$. Look around, U can find a Fenix TK10 on Ebay for $58 shipped.

Use bing.com and mrrebates.com and get another 11% off.

        60 Lumens = 10 hours

Yeah, I went to Turner's after work tonight and decided to pass on it.

60 minute run time, $13 batteries, and unknown quality... Meh!

          I did see a Surefire G2 LED. 80 Lumens & 12 hours runtime for $68.00

          Anybody have one of those?

Yes I do have a G2 and it is a nice light but for a few bucks more, like the other post said look for a Fenix but the new TK11. It will blow the G2 out of the water.. It uses the new Cree R4 LED and man it is bright and has multiple modes of output.. where as the G2 has only one ON. They are the top rated Tactical light for 09. Take a look

By the way if you are going to get one of these type lights get a Li-ion battery charger and use rechargeables like the 18650 and your run time will be a lot longer. The rechargeable is the way to go for power and cost.
Check out the price at this place.. not a bad price $54.99

              Slik556,

sending U a PM.. got some questions for ya.

And the TK11 is a better model. But gonna run around $75 shipped. Just assumed the OP was looking for something real cheap.
