    What is the best solvent to remove power residue?

    I've had excellent results with Mpro7, Carbon Killer by Slip 2000 and Gunzilla.
    Jury is out on Gunzilla, but Mpro 7 and the Carbon Killer work wonders.

    I'm also evaluating and testing EEZOX. It's a synthetic CLP. So far it's worked as advertised. I've run my SS 9mm 1911 Springfield with no other lubricant (dry?). It's been easier to clean and they claim rust resistance is greater. It does spray off a lot of gunk and carbon wipes off pretty easy too.
    Have not tried it on the long guns yet.
