Hogue Grip on Mossberg 500

I just purchased a Mossberg 500 from Big 5 a few weeks ago it came with the synthetic stock and no pistol grip. For home defense I prefer the pistol grip because my house has narrow hallways etc.

I purchased a Hogue grip which feels like a very nice grip however I would like to put a sling on but there are no provisions on the grip to attach a sling to the pistol grip. Has anyone come across this issue? Any ideas on how to keep this grip while having a sling attached or will I just have to live with no sling?

For everyone looking this is a very solid shotgun for the price and I am very happy with this purchase.

Not sure what kind of sling you are looking for and I have no knowledge of the quality or functionality but a quick internet search turned this up.

Thanks... I will keep that in mind not sure about replacing the trigger pin with a bolt though. When I purchased the grip I assumed it would have a hook on it to attach a sling. Maybe I will call hogue tomorrow and see if they have any suggestions.

I did just purchase a mossberg heatsheild just for some character.
