Heatshield for Moss 590A1

I tried to modify the one Mossberg sells for the regular barrel without success.

I was snooping around and came across this one from AIMPRO

It seems to be the exact duplicate of the MilSpec one Mossberg used to make for the Military and PDs that fits the 590A1 Bull Barrel.

Anyone have one? Recommend?

got a hold of them. $72 for the 20". Also backordered till end of Jan. It seems they got the rights to duplicate the Milspec Mil/LEO made by Mossberg.

No part shown for the 20" barrel, omly the 18" ???

I bought a cheap Tapco one from Cabelas for about $25 after I burned my hand like an idiot shooting in 100 degree heat in the desert. Those barrels don't cool down like they do at 60 degrees!

I called and they do have the 20". They only seem to have the 18.5" listed on the site though

Do a search in this forum for a post by Frijolito. He found a guy in Colorado (iirc) that sold the 590A1 heatshields.

i brought back that old thread just now. same place as the one i posted from. wooo. now just have to wait till end of Jan or Feb
