It's retarded, but you can have a saiga 12 magazine-fed semi-auto 12ga shotgun, but you can't have an AA-12 magazine-fed semi-auto 12ga shotgun.

When was this? IIRC the ATF only declared 4 shotguns as DDs: The SPAS-12, LAW-12, Striker-12 and Streesweeper-12.
