Cheek pad material Question

Hey guys. Does anyone know where to buy the soft pad material for the cheek mating area on a shotgun stock? I've fired a few in the past with this padding and it made a big difference, but I can't seem to find it for sale. It's like a mouse pad-type material with adhesive on the back.

check it out, i got it for my gun and it even fits my knoxx specops. The brand is beartooth and it's call a come raising kit; Item number "CBSM100 black comb kit". I found it at Outdoor worlds and it cost about 20 bucks.
