i just got my carrier comp tube and put it in with the new wolff spring. i havent shot it yet but with a side by side comparison the new spring was definately longer and seemed to be of a higher quality.

Much like the CA 10rd mag ban, 922r prohibits the act of modifying the gun, it does NOT prohibit possession of the modified gun itself. It is not a 922r violation to simply possess the improperly modified imported gun, they would need to prove you did the actual modification, as opposed to someone else, before there is a 922r charge.

Did yours come with the wolf spring? If so is it realy that much better than stock? I just ordered my tube last week and it comes with the wolf spring but just curious on the hype.

Yes, Kip includes the Wolf spring.
One thing you need to know, some 2 3/4" shells have slight differences in length and will not allow the 7th to load. Wolf is one.
