    Youth stock question

I have a Mossberg 500 12ga. The factory stock was a bit long for me so instead of buying a youth stock I just shortened it myself. Works great. Then I went all tacti-cool and bought an ATI m4 stlye stock for it. Shot a good 150 rounds through it today; I hate the collapsing stock. Im going to switch back to my modified stock. Now Im back to my other probelem and that is the grip. Its just too thick to be comfortable for me. Can anyone here compare the factory to the youth style 20ga stock? If the grip is thinner, I may pick one up and get rid of my ATI. Thanks.

I don't own a Mossberg, but on the 870, the stocks are the same girth on the youth and fullsize, just the youth is shorter. I would assume it is the same for the Mossberg.

Cant speak for the mossy sorry, but the factory wood wingmaster stock on my 870 had more grip girth than the youth speedfeed stock I put on.
