    Benelli M4 1014

Where can I get a benelli M4 1014? The only place I can find any is on Guns America. Is there any other dealer that carries them?

I know they have been discontinued. I don't mind getting a used one as long as its in good shape.

There are two versions of the 1014. One is LE - Limited Edition, and one is Law Enforcement (might be called differently). If you get the limited edition - BEWARE - even though it has the fake collapsible stock, you will not be able to put a real collapsible stock on it, unless you do a good amount of work.

If you're looking for a real and un-raped M4, get the M4 11707. You can upgrade to the collapsible stock with that.

Also, having functioning collapsible stock and pistol grip on a semi-auto shotgun is illegal in CA

edit: try Gun World in Burbank, CA

Thanks Spawn X, I'm looking for the Limited Edition version with the non-collapsible skeleton stock. Unfortunately I live in northern CA so I was hoping to find a internet dealer, since none of the locals have any.

All I can recommend is that you keep your eyes open. I got one from a member here about two years ago, they are awesome.

Check with River City Gun Exchange. They are a Benelli dealer in Sacramento, CA. They are a great group of guys to deal with.

I just got one this weekend at Canyon Sports in Martinez (925) 229-4867.

River City Gun Exchange doesnt' have them in stock and wont for awhile. Canyon still has 1 or 2 more. They won't quote over the phone but i negotiated it down from 1600 to 1400 to match prices from Turner Sports in southern cali. The were good guys to deal with.

What do you have to do to a 1014 to have a collapsible stock and how is the receiver different from the regular M4?

The M1014 also has a Heavy barrel that is not able to accept chokes.

I love my M1014. (I always have to say that on threads about Benelli's, I get all happy just thinking about it.).

                            M4 stock

WE have several M4's in stock. To let you know Calif has told Benelli to stop selling the Fixed collaspable stok. This is the one that came on the early M4. The Doj has determined that because the stock would move about an inch they have decided that it was a collaspable stock.

The stock had to move a small ammount to allow the weapon to be worked on. Benelli then recalled all of the stocks from the dealers. If you find one think twice about putting it on in good old Cal. While it is not a collaspable stock who wants to argue with some Police Officer.

They are great guns and work well.
