Most likely you'll have to order one. they are quite a bit more money than an Express. You'll find few gun shops what to tie up maybe twice the money for something that from the outside looks pretty much like the HD express.

870 Police is a much nicer gun than the express. Don't be fooled into thinking that the express is equal.

I'm aware of the differences between the shotugns. You asked where to find one and I let you know why they are hard to find. Distributers generally have the lower end models in stock so it only takes a couple of days to get one. When you start spending close to a grand on one then it might take longer.
