Still haven't gotten around to converting my S-12, but here's the latest version. Added a CHAOS quad-rail, ACE stock and some iron sites. Still on the fence with the full-on conversion - it's really comfortable like this...

me personally im waiting for the utg rail i like the full top rail but that chaos rail does looks sweet -
Oh yeah, that's lookin' good evollep3! If you really want the UTG handguard you can get it at Carolina Shooters Supply for $90. I've bought stuff from them before and they are VERY good - quick shipping and good prices.
And yeah, I will eventually do the full conversion - I just have a couple other projects in the works right now...
