CA Legal Saiga 12 Conversion Suggestions Wanted

We have been working with Red Jacket Firearms to develop a Saiga 12 Conversion shotgun with a bullet button. The button will be easily reversible if you were to go out of state . We plan on bringing 2 -3 different models to the CA market and would appreciate any suggestions that the Cal Guns members could offer . Red Jacket is well know in the industry for building very solid & well finished Saiga conversions and we hope to see the base conversion units in 3 -4 weeks.

    Thank You

If you guys offer a good price on them, Ill take one for sure. Maglock design on them wouldnt matter much to me as I would be converting it to a pistol grip, as would a lot of people on here, AFAIK. Im glad you guys are starting to get into the California market.
Will trade liquor/wine/beer for parts and accesories and ammo! PM me. Dont drink n shoot. Offer void where prohibited. Must be 21 or older, etc. etc.

The shotgun will aleady be converted and have the pistol grip , AK buttstock and G2 fire control and phantom muzzle brake. We are looking for suggestions from members on other features they would like to see added to the unit

IMHO the solar tactical lock is the cleanest and easier to install and access mag lock. Anything like that would be great. Any ideas on price?

The Solar Tac will not work on the Saiga Shotguns the mag latch is too long.

I would like to see an AK-100 style version with a front sight tower, and AK-style muzzle brake and furniture. Obviously there will also have to be a tacticool model with a folding skeleton stock, scary-looking muzzle device, and HK-style sights. Maybe the 3rd model could be oriented for 3-gun, and come set up for optics. Something that would accept an Aimpoint micro with lower 1/3 co-witnessed irons, similar to an Ultimak setup on an AK, would be awesome.

A semi-auto & magazine fed shotgun with a folding stock (together with a pistol grip) is a no-no in CA

PRK has been doing these guns for years, even when you refused to do anything with Ca. what changed?
BTW you may want to look into the BB design you have been using already.

The bullet button issue has been worked out for the conversion already , we are simply just looking for input from Cal Guns members on what features they may like to see on some of the models .

I like the HK sights. Drum rear with a ring/post in the front.

I also like the Tromix Shark brakes.

The OP specifically stated that these would have BBs installed. If they did not, the folding stock would still make no difference since any SA shotgun that accepts a detachable mag is an AW in the PRK, regardless of stock configuration.

Cant have a telescoping or folding stock on any semi-auto shotgun.

Some people wet their finger hold it in air and see which way the wind is blowing before doing whats right and legal. They see PRK didn't go to jail so then they do it.
