The only advantage is if this the type of stock you are used to shooting all the time. It comes down to using the type of stock you shoot more often. If you bust thousands of caps a year with a PG type stock but then go out and hunt a couple times a year with a convention stock, you may not shoot as well. I have started featuring the Knoxx SpecOps on my custom slug guns. This is a recoil reducing stock that has a pistol grip. A guy who shoots only conventional type stocks would not be comfortable with this weapon but many would. Use what fits you.JD McGuire, Owner

If you're going to a gun fight, take a shotgun. If you can't take a shotgun, don't go.Comment

gdun,
I'm under the same situation as you .I'm all for getting the SF3. The problem about the PG isn't big for me, but the problem here is I am a lefty and there have been reports of the shell holders hitting your face:
It seems like a nice stock set and I like the shell holders a LOT, but those are the two problems I'm wondering of.One note about the SF-III stock, if you're left-handed the shell holders will bite you square in the face. Our demo shooter is a lefty and found that out the first time he fired the demo gun when we installed the SF-III
I bumped an older thread here but have got no response yet.
A main reason I might get this is because I can switch the stock and foreend out with ease.Last edited by MstWntd; 08-12-2009, 2:58 PM.Comment
