    WEBLEY SCOTT 612P20T TACTICAL DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY

Hey gentlemen- I have a customer who is having issues with this shotgun and needs me to diagnose/fix the problem(s). The trouble is that not only am I intimately UN-familiar with this piece, the owner doesn?t have the owner?s manual, and I can not find anything online about this weapon except for ONE video, and it doesn?t have anything technical on it beyond how to rack the slide. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Try contacting the Crestwood KY importer/distributor 1-800-996-0615

        Furthermore,
The Webley & Scott website doesn't show any pump shotguns but does have a support section referencing parts & repairs:
Webley will only offer warranty repairs. We recommend TW Chambers for all other Webley repairs and service.

Thank you so much, brother. This has been a hard one. After figuring out how to disassemble it, turns out the rear of the firing pin has a chunk taken out of it, (inferior metallurgy) rendering the gun inoperable due to short firing pin travel. Thank you again.
