I used to have a small device that attached to the lower edge of the ejection port on my 1100. The clip snapped onto the bottom of the ejection port on the outside and would keep the empty shell from being ejected. The empty would stick sideways out of the ejection port so you could easily grab it to put in your pouch when shooting Trap. It was made out of sheet metal with two tabs on the top to clip it into place. It was only about 1-1/4" wide by 1" high. Does anybody have any info about this device? I'm trying to find one, or even info about them, and my web searches have turned up a big zero. Thx

G-forceJunkie, thank you, but that's not it. The one I had was almost unnoticeable when it was in place. It snapped on and off in literally 1-2 seconds. It was such a good idea, and such a simple device to use, that I was really surprised when I couldn't even find a mention of it in my searches.Comment

Found it, though it looks like the teflon coated metal version has been discontinued. Thank you for the replies. For reference, https://shootingsurplus.com/birchwoo...0ga-remington/Comment

Yeah, those things were cool. I didn't have one for my 1100 and by the time I wanted one, they were discontinued. The lever wire works fine on light target loads (which is what you usually want them for on the trap and skeet range), but they blow past the wire with stronger loads like the ones you typically use with buckshot or slugs. I've also used rubber bands and they are a little clumsy to roll back when going from singles to doubles on the skeet range.Comment
