Tried ordering 12 gauge Fiocchi dummy rounds from optics planet and they are a no go for delivery in CA. I've looked in so many local and not so local stores and everybody is out of any 12 gauge snap caps/dummy loads. So do I need my real ID to buy snap caps now as well?
