    Benelli super nova and 922r (adding parts only)

    Planning on adding a Streamlight with a mount from GGG and also a mesa tactical shell holder

    Since this is only adding parts and not replacing any parts that came with the shotgun

    Does anyone know if this affects 922r compliance?

    I am leaving the capacity at factory setting

          922R only applies to semi auto shotguns.

              It also doesn't apply...

              ...to anyone I've ever heard of with a shotgun, rifle, or handgun.

              It did apply a long time ago to the owner of Royal Tiger Imports, who didn't follow BATFE guidelines for destroying full-auto receivers.

              One thing is unusual about Calguns.net...folks tend to wet themselves worrying about 922(r) and I've never figured out why. Maybe the paranoia of "living" in California.

                  Shouldn't be any issue with that on the Nova.
