    410 dove update...

FWIW, here is an update on my report ( https://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/....php?t=1738727 ) on last years dove opener.

Update: Better this year, set up on a tree line bordering a sunflower field, mucho more doves around. Got my 15 bird limit, took me 30 shots to to it. Couldn't hit much past 30 yards, did much better under 25 yards and when they came by to take a look at my decoys. That Rotometals bismuth/tin shot is the real deal.

.410 tungsten is no joke. Friend’s son shot a turkey with it. The weight of the .410 felt like a 20 gauge steel load.

Glad you had a good shoot!
