Check out the Duracoat kits at Lauer Weaponry:
DuraCoat Finishes manufactures the finest coatings. All made in USA. DuraCoat is formulated to protect and preserve your guns, heirlooms, vehicles and more. With incredible scratch and impact resistance DuraCoat is at the top of the list for durability. Also with over 300+ colors and easily mixed you're sure to find a color that works for you.
Their basic kits even include the airbrush, canned air and solvents.
I have used their products before and they're not bad for the money. However since it is an air-dry product some solvents will remove this finish from the gun.... safe for MPro and Hoppe's #9 though.Comment

I have painted a few guns myself with no kit all I did was do to wal mart and get some tape, assorted cans of this mossy oak spray paint for guns they have, and some leaves of trees. What you do is tape off the parts you don't want painted and spray your base coat, typically the lightest coat so you can paint over it. Then you just start free handing it with leaves to make a pattern. The movie shooter shows shows a great example.Comment

I was thinking the same thing...but the best suggestion so far in my opinion is the dura coat, just seems like it would hold up better...but hopefully we could get some more input...i might be looking to do the same with my 870...Comment

Use the camo wrap. It's like athletic tape--it just sticks to itself, not your weapon. Works well, and it protects your shotgun to boot. Cheap, effective, and non-permanent. What's not to like?

When the temp tops 90 degrees this stuff gets nasty and leaves glue all over you, your cheek and your clothes....Originally posted by Aleksei VasilievWhat's the best way to turn a black glock pink?Originally posted by huckYou still can't wear it in the parade.
