Need Help Identifying Who Made this Choke Tube

I came across a nice looking Winchester Model 12 in 16 gauge, that I'm interested in.

The barrel was marked FULL, but the previous owner had the pictured choke tube installed.

It's a fairly long tube and is marked "Steel Shot Choke MOD".
It also seems to be pretty thin at the muzzle end.
If it's a thin wall tube, I'm surprised it's rated for steel.

Any thoughts on who the maker of this is?

Send a pic to Bob Day at R&D Barrels in Pico Rivera. He should be able to identify it.

I've got a friend going to see Bob Day (hopefully this week) to drop off a gun for some work, he will show the picture to Bob and discuss it with him. I thought I'd see if the claguns brain trust agrees with him.
