They are listed on online websites for sale but when I contact the online retailers, they don't have them in stock. Who has them in stock?

I want to pay a fair price for it. I have seen price gouging on the M4S90. Local gun stores are price gouging on it so I want to buy it online and ffl transfer it.

I received an email from an online benelli dealer/retailer today and they said it is on back order. I have been told it's on back order for over a year. Every few months I send off emails and get the same reply.

MaceWindu, you have a M1014. 2 years ago, I put one on order at a local shop, then when I came to pick it up, the owner would not release it to be because of the stock.

I read that a few people got the M1014 before the locker letter went out.

I got mine about 5 mos ago. The letter states (IIRC) that "Benelli" would not send the M1014 to Kali.

But, out of state retailers can send it to YOUR FFL. Your personal FFL YOU use and register it and it is NOT illegal. Last I checked, from the place I bought it, they had more.
