    Spas 15

    What is it worth?

1 mag, folding stock, solid non folding stock, and seems to be in good condition. Registered as AW.

    SPAS15? or SPAS12?

I know someone who may be interested in just a parts kit (you could keep your receiver)

The complete lack of SPAS15 listings on gunbroker just might indicate you could sell it for quite a bit...

Are you serious? It would go for quite a bit more than that.

Because, the USAS-12 is a Title 2 firearm (DD) and the SPAS-15 is not.

If it is a RAW in Kalifornia, then it cannot be sold to anyone in Kalifornia. Only AW dealers that are licensed by DOJ can even handle or sell RAW's. You can sell it out of state, if you can get it to another state without breaking any AW laws.

Better to strip it, sell the parts and keep the receiver.

                          Check out this thread: http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...d.php?t=201896

                          Good luck with your sale.

Totally illegal in KA, but last GB listing I saw for one was $4500

Q: Why keep the receiver if you will NOT likely find parts for it again?

I'd hate to lose one more RAW in CA, but to maximize the owners ROI, I would consider selling it on the open (i.e. non-CA) market.

That's what I would do in the owners place. Of course, my first inclination would be to keep it. On the other hand, the fact that $4500 would buy you a ALOT of Saiga-12s must be considered...
