Cost is relevent, what is expensive to me may not be to you. You did not say what the intended use of the weapon is. The one you get for sport shooting or hunting may not be the one you want for home defense. For Home defense the 870 ga HD with Knoxx SpecOps recoil reducing stock is hard to beat and is cost is an issue get one off the rack.
