    Propane will be plenty hot enough for silver solder, as it has a low melting point. I'd put the tube in a padded vice with the magazine cap screwed on and snug up against the far end vise jaw end, heat it up slowly and start gently but firmly whacking the receiver bit with a mallet. Should pop right out.
