Thanks for the invite to shoot today, I had a good time! It's always good to shoot with the crew.

You are welcome. Could have been the sun in your eyes. Or the wind on your back. The cold? The horror?

The cold, that's it....It was cold when we shot Skeet.
I used 3/4oz #8 in a 28ga, I probably would have done better with the fixed choke 12ga.
The high house killed me, it looked like it was throwing low and I just couldn't adjust to it.

Looked like the high house was slow as well. Last time it was hooped was summer. Low and slow is my guess. Station 8 killed me. I could not catch up with that target but has been happening anyway.
They threw straight trap, but I prefer the wobble trap. Trap is foreign to me anyway. I felt at hope shooting the Longshot short.Alfred E. Neuman 2024

I'm not a Trap shooter, you know that, I'm surprised I did well at it. My last full round of it was about 8 years ago

About 1/2 mile from A Place To Shoot it's a private club in the hills between Santa Clarita and Palmdale."A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed"Comment

Our club hosts several rifle, pistol matches, and training opportunities throughout year, and general public is welcome to RSVP. Shotgun events are by invitation only.
