I know nothing about the brand or the shotgun, but for a yuck I went to gunbroker.

Interesting in that the majority listed for this brand - by a top 100 seller - are multi-thousand dollar guns. ( Or, at least they are asking multi thousand dollars. Apparently these are like Perazzi. )

I know. When I look at the website they are all high dollar guns too. Only place I see the $700 version of this make is at a store called Academy sports. They do not ship to Ca. Though. I am in Northern California.

Sportsman's Warehouse offers a variety tactical shotguns and hunting shotguns for home defense, waterfowl and small game hunting. Buy online or in a store near you.

While I haven't shot one of the Yildiz shotguns, I did get a chance to handle one when I was visiting a friend in TN. I've got a CZ SxS and held some of the O/Us and the fit and finish of the CZs is noticeably better than the Yildiz. I realize they are more expensive but you can (at least you could) find a used CZ for $800.

Looks like just what I want, and the reviews on it seem to be pretty good. Only thing is I can’t seem to find them for sale in California. Anybody have thoughts on this gun, and where I can buy? Also looking at the Stevens 555. Couple others around $700-800. Thanks
hard to find anything available in california.

If I were you and I wanted to get something that costs 7-800 bucks new... I'd be looking for something with good warranty and customer service. Two companies come to mind... CZ and Tristar. They both have good reputations and even better customer service to keep your gun running in case you need to call them. Most likely you won't have to.

I have a couple of low end Tristars that shoot perfectly. I use them for family and friends to shoot (and I admit that I like to shoot them too!) Trigger not as good as my Browning, but its also 1/4 the price. Nothing at all wrong with them.

If you can live with a 28" barrel, a CZ Drake is in your budget

If you want a 30" barrel, a Tristar Sporting model might work

              Good Luck in your search

I know the Stevens 555, 555e and CZ ultralight allterrain.

The 555 has extractor, the 555e has ejectors, and the allterrain cost as much if not more than the 555e but didn't have ejectors.

The nicer wood is on the 555e followed by the 555 but if you can find a 555 in person do it. Some of the 555 wood isn't nice and non of the cz wood was nice.

                Best value is 555.

If you like the Beretta Silver Pigeon but are too cheap then get the 555e.

What ever you choose go with 20 ga!
