    Pistol Grip - CA Legal?

    I'm seeing a semi-auto 12 ga, with a 4 rd tubular magazine and a pistol grip/shoulder stock.
    18" barrel, For Sale

    Is this shotgun legal to buy in CA ?

      Yes, a folding stock wouldn’t be legal but a fixed stock with a pistol grip is fine

          Please refer to Penal Code section 30515.

          You would also be in trouble if it had a detachable magazine.

          Additionally, you should also ensure that the shotgun is not on the "Evil by Name" AW list.
