FN SLP 18" question regarding adding pistol grip

    Hi Everyone,

I have an FN SLP 18" with the standard stock and 6 shot factory tube. I am wondering if I will be violating any laws if I add the FN pistol grip stock to my shotgun?

From what I can tell it seems legal since it is not collapsible or adjustable and is fixed.

If anyone could provide input it would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

It is CA legal for a semi-auto shotgun to have a pistol grip and a fixed stock.

It is CA illegal for a semi-auto shotgun to have a pistol grip or any type of vertical grip and a folding/telescoping stock. [PC 30515(a)(6)]
