    Remmy 870 mag spring question

A month or so ago, I picked up an 870 HD from Big 5. So far is seems to be fully functional other than what I consider a weak ejector(doesn't toss the shells as far compared to my Mossbergs). Anyway, I had a question about the magazine spring. It barely(but reliably) pushes the last shell out onto the elevator. It seems like it won't take too much weakening of the spring before it won't reliably push out that last round.

I've heard the 870 Police model has a stronger mag spring. If this is the case, were could I buy the proper length Police version for my gun?

    Thanks!

I am not sure how many you mag tube holds, but if you want a stronger spring I would suggest a Wilson Combat. They make them for std, +1, and +2 extensions. While your at it replace your follower to the WC one too

Wilson Combat has been the innovator in custom pistols, long guns, and accessories since 1977. Home of the Wilson Combat 1911, EDC X9, WCP320, and more!

Excellent, thanks! I'll check that stuff out.
Btw, the Big 5 HD mag hold a total of 7 rounds. Is that the +2?
