so if you don't put any of the evil features on these saga 12s you don't need a mag lock right. PC in the AWG says that a shotgun has to have two of the features to be illegal. Does anyone know of a place that sells them with non-evil features?Comment

Wrong. It is illegal to possess any/all semi auto shot gun with detachable mag in CA (without being grandfathered pre-ban [not sure when this became law however] or with a special permit). And, shotguns with semi auto fixed/nondetachable mag can only have 1 "evil" feature (not all). Typically, the pistol grip is the one evil feature that people use with their fixed mag shotguns.
I feel so silly using the term "evil" feature. Like a pistol grip, or a flash hider could be evil; are they possessed by demons or the devil himself? Scary.URL="http://www.nra.org/"][/url]NRA Life MemberComment
