    Help With Saiga Mag Lock

I asked this in another thread, but it was slightly off topic so I created a new thread.
I have an older generation maglock for my Saiga 12 that is quite bulky, and would like to replace it with this one:

What tools are required to install this lock? Drill? Dremel?
Heck, if I have to drill and dremel for the lock, I might as well do the complete conversion.
    Anyone have one? Experiences?
    Thanks.

Drill out the forward trigger guard rivet. Using new hole from missing rivet, attach mag lock. But your weapon WILL be an Assault Weapon at one point in the installation, because this maglock requires your mag release lever to be operational BEFORE installing. So, during that time the mag release is operational and the mag lock is not installed, you have an AW.

... but you could work around this problem by drilling a hole through the maglock at the exact level of the mag release pin. Then remove the mag release pin and replace with a bolt that goes through the maglock, mag release lever, and mag release spring. This way your weapon never has an operational mag release lever when the maglock is not installed.
