looking at picking up my first shotgun,,,will also be for the kids, so, 20 GA may be what I go for.

all 3 shotguns listed are under 300 bucks,,, any help will be appreciated

I thought I recently saw a Remington Wingmaster 870 in 20g for $300 in the for sale forum. Much better then the ones you listed.

The Remington 870 is tough to beat. It's worth finding one in 20 guage. A used Benelli Nova or even a new one would be an excellent choice as well. The Mossberg's are pretty decent and reliable. The Winchester is most likely the best gun of the THREE you mentioned.
