    Khan O/U $110

So I was flipping through the Shotgun News about 2 months ago when a certain ad struck my eye. Hunter's Lodge (Tennessee) was advertising Khan over/under shotguns for $110. After much reading and phone calls, found out the shotguns have little damage to the wood furniture and no damage to the metal or any other part of the gun. I guess the wood was damaged and could not be sold as retail. So I paid my $110, taking a gamble.

Two days ago, I finally got to see my new gun. Final price, $145 shipped to ffl. It is fantastic! To my suprise it was fully loaded, full set of chokes, ventilated rib, 12 ga. There is small damage though, an indentation/scratch the size of my pinky nail on the forend grip, so small I had to search for it. Beautiful gun otherwise. Question is, anyone out there with experience on the Khan brand. I know they are Turkish and imported by Century Arms.

Dont have pictures yet, its still in DROS jail till the 12th. But here is one that looks exactly like it:

Damn... I think I'll be calling them tomorrow.

Even if they're in "ok" shape, I'll pick up a couple...

I've handled a Khan before. They're rough equivalent of Remington Spartans.

Nice guns overall esp at reasonable price.

      FRIGGIN' GREAT GUN @ $145!!

You can fill in the wood with some plastic wood and refinish, whatever.

I believe they have chrome-lined barrels, too!

Whoa, I'll be calling them in the morning. I've been wanting an O/U for the occasional trap & skeet day. I don't go often enough or have the money for anything else, but at $150 I can rock that.

Anyone know the details off the top of their head? Single/double/selective trigger? Auto eject?

I bought one of those from Big 5 several years ago. I believe I paid about 375. Very nice O/U, nice looking walnut stock. For the price you got it ... well it is a bargain.

I bought a Spartan a few months back and after my first day at that trap range, I felt like I had been in a fight with Evander Holyfield. The stock was apparently hitting me in the jawbone with every shot....

...it hurt to chew the next day.

I sold the Spartan and I'm getting a Beretta.

Damn too bad they won't at least let you pick the gauge! I would pick one up in a 12ga but wouldn't order one and want to get a 20ga or a .410
