This is a great example of how much difference there can be in stocks, even from the same manufacturer.
While you have found the comb height that works for a given gun, I suggest that people should also pay attention to grip configuration - radius, neck diameter (or girth), palm swell size, and reach to the trigger. All of these influence not only how comfortably you can hold the gun, but also your mount and mount consistency.
I have relatively small hands, and it took a number of years (and guns) to realize that I shoot guns with slimmer necks much better than larger necked guns.

Yessss trapperjohn such a great comment man that’s so important. I have no clue why that cxs fit me so much better in the shop seriously like the 10 times I held it haha it sat on the self a long time.
