Browning 725 feather - anyone own one?

Anyone have one? What are your dislikes on this light-weight shotgun?

I have had a Feather XS Sporting for maybe 15 years. Different gun, similar concept. I am not a huge fan of Browning O/Us, but I really like this gun.

Not the exact same gun but my wife has a Citori 725 Trap. It is not a bad gun but you should be aware that there is a design flaw in the 725 series with its ejector.

The ejectors for the gun is screwed in with tiny little screws at the factory, but they are not pinned. If you shoot a lot, after a while, the screws will work loose and the ejector will fly out.

We were very lucky when it happened to us at Sunnyvale Rod & Gun club, before leaving CA both wife and I were members and we were shooting on our own field with fellow members. So when the gun failed, we stopped shooting and all the helpful members helped us find the ejector and the tiny little screw, which let me tell you, is a minor miracle to locate on a trap field.

It is not difficult to fix though, once I have the gun back home I put some red loctite on the thread and screwed it back and the gun worked fine afterwards. If you end up loosing the ejector and/or the screw, no worries, it happens so often that you can buy those from a variety of places.

A better solution is to replace the ejector springs with 1911 hammer spring instead, that will turn those ejectors into extractors. With less force, the ejectors will not go flying and should stay put even if you left it alone.
