I got a very dumb question.

Is the 940 JM Pro CA complaint? (is this even a valid question?) for some reason a seller told me this model is not CA complaint so they cant sell it to me. What should I tell them?

There isn't a reason for it to be illegal. It's just a semi auto shotgun with a tube mag.
