Benelli M4

Hi Everyone,
I am about to get an Benelli M4 with Pistol Grip, and the mage tube holds 5 RD, and I like to know if I am legally to add U.S. Made mag extensions tube on it? I have done some research online and it have to do with 922R, and I think it also have to do with if I have Pistol Grip or an thumb hold stock. But am confused, and need advise from any member that have Benelli. Thank you

Yes. And you need to add 2 more parts to be compliant.

Follower, stock (fixed), hammer, forearm etc.

The 922r is BS and I have never heard or seen someone here who has been arrested because they only had 1 part swapped.

Your mag tube is factory from Benelli, correct? If you are adding capacity to your weapon, you need to make it 922r complaint. The 2rd extension does not count as one of the parts. ( I know you didn't ask, but added for discussion)

If you are just replacing the factory mag tube with a US made 5rd mag tube, then no. You don't need to comply with 922r.

Keep your M4 factory and you dont have to worry about atf trash.

Yes, absolutely, the government closely keeps an eye on all m4 owners and weekly make visits to their homes to verify they swapped all necessary s**t and keep it this way, so, be careful.
I even heard, in some cases Gavin Newsom does it personally. Also, he verifies if all ammo in your possession is legally bought.
But if it is not bad enough, sometimes he takes Nacy Pelosi with him and she comes in a bikini. Trust me, you do not want to see it.

I replaced my tubes with the ones made from carrier comp, great product and the finish matches the M4 perfectly. You get the spring, follower etc.

Just get full length tube (carrier, FFT, or Briley) and don't worry about 922r. Like going a couple miles over the speed limit...

Don't freaken spend $200 on the tube! I have compared mine to many other tubes at the range. No one can tell and no one cares.

DMW makes the tube I have mounted on my M1, it is high quality and looks factory.
