    5dogs fun shoot today.

Sorry for not posting here, but 5dogs had a fun shoot today. There were probably over 100 people there and it was a blast. (pun intended)

Very long drive if you're south of L.A. but Homer Hansen made the event worth going to with outstanding targets.

Hell John, that's a long drive for me...AND, I'm closer than you are

But I couldn't have made it anyway...I'm one of those exempt people and had to work.
There is a bright side, for me anyway, looks like we might be going to a 4-10 schedule, every weekend might be a 3-day weekend

They are 'open to the public' in that anyone can join; you must have a membership (or be the guest of a member) to shoot. They have two levels of membership: A Conditional membership that cost $20.00 per year. With this membership, each time you come to shoot you will pay $12.00 to shoot on any of the ranges. Same for any guests you bring. Then there is the General membership - $185.00 per year. You, your immediate family, and any out-of-town guests shoot for free. It's GREAT range. They serve lunch each day for an extra fee (cheap!), usually grilled hot dogs. One of the best ranges in the western United States.
