Hey Calgunners,
So I have had a UTAS UTS-15 for several years collecting dust in my gun safe. It wasn't until today that I tried to have my gun put on consignment at my LGS, that I was made aware CADOJ changed the laws about shotguns like this(10+ rounds not needing to have selector for different tubes). After a quick google search, I found a few threads from 2017 about these kind of shotguns and just want some clarification.
Is it true that the only person able to purchase my gun must be exempt from these kinds of gun laws (ex. LEO)? Would the only way for a normal civilian to purchase my gun is for me to modify the tubes to only accept 10 rounds total?
