I put a Viton o-ring in my Rem 1187 a couple of thousand rounds ago, and it's still looks good.

Dunno what kind you're looking for, but you can get 1100 o-rings on ebay for less than the cost and time of driving to the hardware store. Other models are available as well.

Like ysr_racer says, there's no wear to speak of on 1100 o-rings. Most of the damage to them happens during cleaning. Some people have had problems with burrs causing nicks or gouges on the o-rings as they slide them on and off.
