I picked some of these up as I have little in the way of shotgun ammo. Is this stuff any good? Should I buy more or is there better stuff out there for less $$$.

While I don't "enjoy" shooting 1 oz slugs, I was surprised how accurate they are out to 100 yards out of my Benelli M1S90.
How much did you pay for the slugs? If you can get the for anywhere close to 50 cents a round, that's a good price.NRA Life Member

Walmart sells them for about 60 cents a round. 5 shells fro $3 and some change. I'll start looking around at some more places to build a bit of stock of them.
I'm pretty good on .223, 7.62, 9mm, .40 and .45. That leaves 12 guage to stock up on.Starve the beast, move to a free state.

The only thing more accurate than a typical 1 oz slug will be a sabot slug from a rifled barrel.
Thats a good price all things considered. I wouldn't go out and shoot fifty of them in an afternoon, for the sake of my shoulders, but they'll do a good job for you.
