That is a legit Model 12 Trench Gun.
You can just see the barrel shroud...
Trigger is there and looks perfectly normal. You can't see daylight between the rear of the trigger and the trigger guard because of the angle of the photo.
Late war models with factory park finish can go for over $6,000, in this condition
