It definitely looks like a Winchester Model 12 to me and their triggers do sit farther back in the trigger guard than some other pump shotguns.Comment

Yep, Md-12 for pretty darn shure. Initially thought may be a M-25. [non take down] But then noticed the "snippet" of a hand guard showing.

That is a legit Model 12 Trench Gun.
You can just see the barrel shroud...
Trigger is there and looks perfectly normal. You can't see daylight between the rear of the trigger and the trigger guard because of the angle of the photo.
Late war models with factory park finish can go for over $6,000, in this condition
