For HD where the distance is 30Ft or less, you definitely need something not less than 6-24X50 Nifhtforce scope.

But seriously, how many times each year you use your gun in HD situations so it gets free? I guess every day, must be some zombie-infested area.

More seriously, you do NOT need any sight for shotgun, especially for HD distances, but if you still want one you can use red locktight. Should be GTG

          let's troubleshoot this.
Did you put on the Hi-viz bead yourself? Could it be the wrong thread size?

Correct thread and used loctitie. But will still move with a little bit of force.

Either you screwed the threads up or you are not using the proper size. Have you tried a different brand than what you are using now? How does the normal bead fit in?

Try an XS big dot with Tritium Insert.

This sight glues over the top of the existing brass bead with JB weld and once the glue goes off it is on there for good. It is easy to get right.

The Tritium Insert glows bright in the dark and there is no problem indexing off it in pitch black. During the day you are looking at a big white dot on the end of your barrel which is impossible to miss.

Here's a pic of the sight installed.

                  Two questions:
                  1. Do you have a rib(most 18" M500 don't)? but mine has it
                  2. As suggested before, did you use red or blue locktight?
                  3. Use epoxy.
                  4. Did you consider snap-on hiviz? Here is one but there are many. You can glue them for added security.
